Rental Guidelines
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Full payment is due 7 days before your event.
Cancellations made 14+ days in advance receive a full refund minus a $25 administrative fee. Less than 14 days: 50% refund.
All rentals include tables and chairs for the space capacity, basic AV equipment (varies by space), and janitorial service after your event.
A licensed event permit is required for events serving alcohol. The community association does not provide alcohol service.
Events must end by 11:30 PM Sunday-Thursday and 1:00 AM Friday-Saturday. All music must cease 30 minutes before close.
